Scope and operator

This policy describes cookies and similar storage on Freelance Tax Desk, an English-language publication operated from Spain by Andrés Molina (Risalix), Benelux 20, 28341 Valdemoro, Madrid, Spain. Contact: ayuda@energiaencasa.es. We apply an opt-in approach to optional tracking across the site, including for U.S. readers. The Privacy Policy explains personal data rights and applicable regional law.
What cookies and related technologies do
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage, scripts, pixels, and embedded resources can also store information or communicate with a server. A session cookie normally expires when a session or browser closes; a persistent cookie can remain until its configured expiry or earlier deletion. A cookie’s name alone does not establish that it is used for advertising.
Necessary and preference storage
Necessary technologies support delivery, security, form functionality, and remembering privacy choices. Complianz uses first-party cookies with the cmplz_ prefix to record consent categories, selected services, the applicable policy identifier, and whether the banner has been dismissed. Depending on the interaction, these can include cmplz_functional, cmplz_preferences, cmplz_statistics, cmplz_marketing, cmplz_consented_services, cmplz_policy_id, and cmplz_banner-status. A stored marketing value of “deny” is a privacy choice, not evidence that marketing tracking is running.
The configured consent-banner expiry is 180 days. Preferences can be reset earlier when you change them, clear storage, use a new browser, or when a policy change requires a fresh choice. Browser restrictions can shorten storage. WordPress authentication or settings cookies may also be used for authorized administrators; readers do not need to log in to read the publication.
Analytics, advertising, and third parties
No Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or AdSense tracking has been activated in the setup reviewed on the date above. No public social-media embeds or external CAPTCHA service are configured for the contact form. The contact form uses local WordPress resources and sends messages by email; it does not require advertising consent.
Analytics cookies, if introduced, would measure website use; advertising cookies could support ad delivery, measurement, or personalization across websites. We will identify the actual services, cookie purposes and verifiable lifetimes and update the consent configuration before enabling them. We will not list speculative Google cookie lifetimes as if those cookies were currently installed.
If Google advertising is introduced, Google and relevant partners may process identifiers and browsing information, subject to required consent and other privacy controls. See Google’s information for users of partner sites. A Google-certified CMP with the required TCF integration must be configured for relevant EEA, UK, and Swiss advertising. This basic Complianz configuration is not represented as that certified advertising integration.
Accept, reject, and change preferences
Use the Complianz banner to select Accept optional cookies, Reject optional cookies, or Customize preferences. Necessary storage remains active because it supports requested functions and records your choice. With the current configuration, optional analytics and advertising remain inactive regardless of an acceptance choice. New purposes or services require a review before launch.
Use the persistent Cookie settings button to reopen the banner and revisit or withdraw consent. We display these privacy controls even while only necessary storage is configured. Withdrawal applies to future optional processing; it does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. The site’s Complianz configuration respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. A detected signal may apply a rejection without showing the initial banner.
You can also delete cookies or block storage in your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage can affect form operation or cause the banner to appear again. Choices apply to the browser and device you use; repeat them on other devices as needed.
Review and contact
This inventory is based on the installed configuration and manual review. The Complianz cloud scan and cookie-database synchronization have not been verified for this domain, so no completed automated scan is claimed. The inventory must be rechecked when plugins, embedded content, analytics, or advertising are added.
